Neurosign Surgical is a site dedicated to providing high quality yet cost-effective Operating Room solutions for Surgeons based in North America and elsewhere in the world.
Neurosign probes and electrodes are used in Thyroidectomy, Mastoidectomy, Parotidectomy, Spinal Nerve Root and Skull-base surgery.
Since 2009, Neurosign has been working in consultation with Dr. Jack M. Kartush to develop new devices that meet the surgeon’s day-to-day needs.
Neurosign Surgical is part of the Neurosign division of the Magstim Company Limited. Neurosign is renowned in most parts of the world for its range of Intra-operative Nerve Monitors.
A resource for distributor and customers alike, the Service Dept. was established to offer the following:
Warranty Repairs – repairs carried out at no charge to customer or distributor customer
Non Warranty Repairs – service includes fault investigation, testing and repairs on all Neurosign products where warranty has expired
Maintenance Contracts – these contracts offer extensions to standard warranty periods. For details and specific needs please contact Service Manager (contact details below)
Service Training – Neurosign offer all product distributors a varying range of service training in line with their specific needs.
Spare Parts Programme – to ensure that equipment is repaired with the maximum efficiency, spares packages are available for all Neurosign products. These packages are made available to service trained distributors to encourage them to hold an inventory of all necessary spare parts.
To demonstrate our commitment to providing support to our customers it is our policy that all products returned both for warranty and non warranty reasons will be assessed by our service department within 24 hours of reciept. Within these periods customers will be advised of the time it will take to effect necessary repairs. Every effort will be made to secure a rapid turnaround.
