1998 Merger with major domestic medical equipment manufacturers
The company took part in a strategic alliance with major domestic medical equipment manufacturers Shin-Sheng Medical and Eastern Medical in an official merger. The new organization adopted the name "Trident Medical" and announced the merger to the world.
