ALTEOR was created in 2013 after the merging of three French orthopedic specialists: Ormihl-Danet, Sober, Fag Médical and Ledos. Now the second largest French manufacturer, ALTEOR has become a new reference in the design and manufacture of orthopedic orthoses.
ALTEOR is a group of experts who share the same desire and passion: to stand out through research and innovation by designing products that provide patients with a real, tangible and proven therapeutic benefit.
ALTEOR now has over 100 employees working in 2 production sites. The group has a shared R&D department with about 10 people, including a dedicated designer to create high-performance, effective, comfortable and esthetic products.
ALTEOR’s ethos is to pool expertise and tools together and build a new reference center for French orthopedics. The challenge for ALTEOR is to bring together, under one banner, complementary players and specialists who all share the same philosophy: that of growth by innovation.
