biolitec®’s high-power diode laser CERALAS HPD® 1350 nm (max. 120 Watt) is perfectly applicable in the interdisciplinary use in the fields of thoracic surgery and pneumology / bronchoscopy.
The 1350 nm wavelength ideally accounts for the special characteristics of the lung parenchyma regarding coagulation, vaporisation and incision. The combination with biolitec®’s special laser probes enable a minimally invasive application on the lungs as well as on the narrow and delicate structures of the bronchial system.
Thanks to low maintenance costs, biolitec®’s diode lasers also stand out in regard to economic efficiency. The CERALAS® HPD 1350 nm system can be supplemented with a high-capacity smoke evacuation technology. For Thoracic Surgery, you can choose between 60 Watt and 120 Watt.
