The Ambroise Dynamic Wrist Orthosis is designed to support a drop hand and treatment of palmar flexion contractures and for the suppression of palmar flexion spasticity. The device provides cooperation betweenr ehabilitation centre ’Ther Hoogstraat’ in Utrecht, the Netherlands and Ambroise Holland bv. Hoogstraat is famous for tradition in technical and clinical expertise on the upper extremities. Clinical effectiveness of prosthetics and orthotics has been developed and increased with over fifteen years of historic collaboration between the Hoogstraat and the technical university of Delft. Wilmer Wrist Orthosis is used to provide effective therapy.
