IPexII is an advanced Apex Locator which is a next-Generation SmartLogic Controller created by NSK compatible with diverse tooth forms which provides superior accuracy in detecting the root apex.
IPexII SmartLogic technology detect the location of the apex by removing virtually all signal interference from the root canal itself. NSKʼs SmartLogic controller combines two advanced technologies to accurately analyse signals.
It alternates between two separate frequencies to take measurements. Through the reduction of the noise interfering with signal analysis, it produces a high-precision wave system that does not need a filtering circuit.
To analyze the extracted frequency this device uses the whole wave system. This results in steady measurement analysis even under different conditions in the root canal. A constant link to file insertion progress is retained simultaneously.
It has many features like auto-detecting the apex accurately in any conditions, be it dry or wet. It comes with a three-colour LCD panel with very low reflectivity.
