Who we are
medin Medical Innovations GmbH – medin® in short – develops, produces and sells nCPAP systems for newborns and premature infants treated in delivery rooms, intensive care units and during transport.
A long-time expert knowledge in respiration technologies as well as a close and trustful cooperation with medical specialists and nursing staff enabled the two partners in 1996 to realize their extensive experiences and to concentrate on the assistance of natural spontaneous respiration of premature babies.
The products of medin® are produced in Germany. Located on the western outskirts of Munich, Germany, medin® has its own production plant, sales-, logistics- and development department.
medin®’s nCPAP systems have been field-tested in many countries and are primarily sold via trained contractual partners. These partners can be found under the menu item “Contact – World-Wide Partners”. Registration of nCPAP devices has already be done in many countries.
medin® applies a Quality Management System according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 13485, ISO 13485 CMDCAS and works according to Council Directive 93/42/EEC, Annex II, Section 3.
