LM together with daughter company LM Dental AB (former Amdent AB, founded in 1967), manufacturer of ultrasonic instruments and systems, were the first in the world to offer high-quality tools for both manual and mechanical dental instrumentation.

The radical product theses of the 1980s – a thicker handle, optimised shape, elastic silicone surface, lightness and colour coding – have become industry wide standards in the 21st century. Scandinavian quality
The company is located in Parainen, Finland with the subsidiary LM Dental AB in Nynäshamn, Sweden. All LM-Dental products are produced in Scandinavia, combining high-tech production technology with handmade craftmanship to gain an uncompromising quality and highest functionality.
