2012 was JCM’s 20th year in business and during that time we have grown from a small family company into a leading provider of specialist seating and therapeutic equipment in both the UK and overseas. JCM’s seating products are designed and built at our modern, state of the art production facilities in Cambridgeshire; other products that we source are carefully selected to provide both value for money, quality and most importantly functionality and together they represent a complete package of seating, mobility and therapy products. All of our products are supplied with between a 1-3 year warranty.
With our extensive product range, JCM Seating recognize that this is only part of the process of ensuring a high quality product is supplied. From an initial enquiry through to the delivery and set-up of a JCM product our aim is make that the customer journey is as simple and trouble free as possible. With a national team of 10 product and clinical specialists, JCM provide a thorough and comprehensive and complimentary product assessment with our clients; and when the product is ready to be delivered and set-up the same product specialist will be on hand to ensure a smooth and trouble free handover with training in the care and use of the product. Our commitment does not stop there – after 3-6 months we offer a free review to ensure that the product is still performing as expected and make any necessary alterations as required.
