PHILOSOPHY

With over 140 years of company tradition, we belong to the most established superstructure manufacturers of the industry of Germany. We have specialized on the development of innovative and user-oriented patient carriage-, ambulance-, emergency surgeon employment vehicles, as well as obstruction carriages. Since our establishment, the name CMIESEN stands particularly for longevity and reliability.

One of the topics of our work is the striving for permanent quality improvement and trend-setting development. We achieve this particularly due to mutual long-term co-operations with our customers and suppliers. Features, such as our redeveloped integrated special optical signaling devices on basis energy-efficient LED technology for both box conversions and panel van conversions, CAN BUS system (EDSC), as well as various types of GRP inside paneling for all our ambulances are just some of our most successful innovations of the recent years.

Through close co-operation with our customers, we succeeded in retaining this requirement in combination with highest of quality. Many of our mutual projects, which we had completed to fullest satisfaction to our clients, reflect the fact that we are on line.

DEVELOPMENT / CONSTRUCTION

The requirements of the emergency services change permanently. Our team is constantly facing these new tasks and we are always anxious to find innovative ideas and optimal solutions to comply with all these requirements. This requires technical understanding and ability to execute the requirements as well as continuous innovation and new ideas at the cutting edge of the daily work. By working closely with our clients and our suppliers, the aimed product development is carried out on the specific requirements of the emergency services.

In our design department, mechanisms of the different vehicles are designed and planned with the aid most modern computer technology. New products are developed by means of the latest 3D CAD design software programs. Highest priority is always to find the optimal solution in constant dialog with the customer. Here our many years of experience, numerous completed projects, and a close link with daily practice helps to achieve all different kinds of requirements. With in-house design and prototype development, we are able both to develop innovations and new series products and to optimize them constantly and adapt to the new requirements.

SECURITY

Special vehicles for patient transport and the emergency means must be prepared for the dangers followed by everyday handling and road traffic. The safety of our products has highest priority for us. In close co-operation with the accredited French UTAC and the German TÜV Rhineland Group, numerous dynamic testing methods were accomplished around the strict requirements of the EN 1789 norm. Of course, we contribute our experiences and the results of these various tests and changes to optimize the safety of our products.

MANUFACTURING

Being a traditional structure manufacturer, we are specialized in extraordinary bodywork and individual interior vehicle body configurations. Whether unique vehicles, small series or mass production, each order is produced in-house, with a maximum of technical expertise. Modern manufacturing methods, in combination with motivated and qualified technicians, guarantee highest quality and short delivery times. Highest quality levels with all processing methods of different materials are guaranteed by our quality assurance system.

Naturally, we keep up with strict environmental protection.

The adherence to of the laws and the regulations are a firm component of our business acting and our decisions.
