AGA Height-Adjustable Echocardiography Examination Tables - Examination tables

The AGA height-adjustable echocardiography tables come in two designs with different adjustment ranges:

- with hydraulic or electric height adjustment from 650-850 mm
- with a wider height-adjustment range from 500 to 900 mm whereby the frame is equipped with a scissor mechanism.

The height-adjustable echocardiography tables are available with

- manual, hydraulic or electric height adjustment (depending on model)
- lacquered or chrome-plated frame
- 650 mm or 800 mm width

- Height adjustment range 650-850 mm

The AGA height-adjustable echocardiography tables feature a cut-out in the main section for ultrasonic cardiac examination. The dimensions of the echo cut-out are

• 405 x 300mm (LxW) for table width 800 mm,
• 315 x 250mm (LxW) for table width 650 mm.

These tables convert into standard electrocardiography tables by closing up the cut-out area by fitting the included upholstered pad back in (or using the folding mechanism, optional).

- The manual height adjustment (H-EKA.../H) is done with a hand crank located at the foot end. The crank handle can be slid back under the tabletop after use. The maintenance-free gear provides an optimal transmission ratio (i = 10mm/rev) ensuring smooth, quick and easy operation of the hand crank for height adjustment, regardless of the patient’s weight.
- The hydraulic height adjustment (range 200 mm) on models H-EKA.../Y is done by a centrally located foot pump. The foot pump can also be operated from the other side if required (please specify upon ordering). A second foot pump can be added at extra charge.
-  The electric height adjustment (H-EKA.../E) is controlled by a maintenance-free, ultra-quiet electric motor and a pneumatic hand switch. Drive specifications 230V, 50/60Hz, 3,7A, 850W, IP55, v=14mm/s, 7000N.

- Height adjustment range 500-900mm with scissor mechanism

These hydraulic and electric height-adjustable echocardiography tables are designed with a wider height-adjustment range of 400 mm (from 500 to 900 mm) whereby the frame is equipped with a scissor mechanism.

Please note that the style and position of the echocardiography cut-out here is different than in the previously described height-adjustable echocardiography tables : the echo cut-out (335 x 260 mm, LxW) is located in the headrest.

This echocardiography table also converts into a standard electrocardiography table simply by fitting the included upholstered pad back in.

- Hydraulic height adjustment (H-EKA... /Y 900) with a built-in foot pump, which can be operated from the other side if required (please specify upon ordering). A second foot pump can be added at extra charge. The height adjustment can be done effortlessly regardless of the patient’s weight.
- Electric height adjustment (H-EKA... /E 900) controlled by a maintenance-free, spill-proof and ultra-quiet electric motor with safety lock-box and a pneumatic hand switch. Drive specifications 230V, 50/60Hz, 3,7A, 850W, IP55, v=14mm/s, 7000N.

Echocardiography tables with maintenance-free height adjustment mechanisms

- To avoid rocking and swinging movements of the tabletop, these height-adjustable echocardiography tables are manufactured with precision dual-box rectangular profile.
- Compared with a plastic-coated frame, the chrome-plated crossbars equipped with levelling screws and the flat-foot structure are more durable against external factors such as repeated vacuum cleaner impacts.
- Continuously adjustable headrest (positively up to +30°) secured by clamping rod locking mechanism.
- Upholstery thickness for the headrest and main section is 64 mm.

Options and Accessories

- The removable upholstered insert for the echo cut-out is also available with a folding mechanism.
- Custom table and cut-out sizes are possible, as well as a second headrest at the foot end or an additional cut-out. Please contact us with your specific requests.
- The height-adjustable echocardiography tables are available in a mobile version, with castors, Ø 75 mm/125 mm or with central locking castor system for enhanced manoeuvrability and comfort of use.

A wide range of cardiography and sonography tables available from AGA

- Echocardiography tables with a cut-out (removable or folding) in the main section with fixed height (650/700/750/800 mm) or manual, hydraulic or electric height adjustment (and width 650 or 800 mm) or even with a scissor mechanism.
- Sonography tables are available with a fixed height and a two or three-piece tabletop. They have no cutout, unlike the echocardiography tables.
- The sono-echocardiography tables are a combination of the two previously described variants. They have a three-piece tabletop and are equipped with a cutout in the main section.
